We've been working with Mike, Dustin and Melissa since January, and we finally got that UBH sign out on our property on May 28th, and closed on our construction loan on May 29th. Mike, Dustin and Melissa have been amazing to work with and answer any and all questions we've had along the way, and trust me....we have had some questions. But, they don't hesitate to help us with any and everything that comes up. We're now awaiting on the slab to be poured for our dream home and then the walls will start coming up shortly there after. We have enjoyed working with United Built Homes from day one. They are always willing to answer any questions we have. They have been great dealing with all the changes I have requested. They altered one of their house plans to get as close as possible to what I had drawn up. So exciting to see it all come together! Once we decided what we wanted, all of the legal aspects and paperwork went smoothly. The way they do the financing through construction is also one of the things that sold us. We hit a couple hiccups in getting the actual building started, but mostly weather related, or circumstances beyond their control. But once they were able to get started, things went quickly! Everyone that has driven by our build tells me they are amazed how quickly things went up. The framing crew worked their tails off and did an excellent job.
