This is one of the main reasons I decided to establish my own agency in 1993 in Lincoln Park serving the Chicago area. Customer service is our top priority at the Thomas Ward Insurance Group. There is always someone to answer the phone during office hours, and direct your phone call to an insurance specialist that can help you. We are wheelchair accessible!
