Excellent friendly and fast service! Ryan is very calm and easy to speak with. No pressure options and knowledge around what is available. I wanted to get new tires for my bike and he helped me pick the some really good ones for my primary use with that bike. I can recommend Totem cyclery to others and will likely come back when my bike is ready for a tune up.It was a bonus that I could get a coffee and burrito Nextdoor at Middle Stand Coffee and hang out in the AC while I waited (30 minutes) for both of my tires to be replaced and a quick check up on brakes and shifting.

I’m happy I found this local gem! As a casual cyclist, I usually feel intimidated walking into bike shops, but the owner Ryan was really nice, the service was great, and the prices are fair. Will definitely be back, highly recommend!

This is the guy you want working on your bike.I also noticed he has never mentioned reviews or offered me any incentive to do so, directly or indirectly. He really truly cares about bikes, and treats mine as if it was his. I haven’t found anyone else In the area that works like that. From what I have heard up to this point it seems like he’s highly experienced in many different areas of cycling and mountain biking, both building and riding, and wants to get the job done right. His prices are competitive, actually some services lower than I’ve seen anywhere else. Can’t go wrongOnly catch is if your an avid rider and are getting a lot of work done on your bike, especially in the summer, bring it in during a time where you’ll be out of town or otherwise tied up as this shop is in high demand (rightfully so)
