Derek was awesome. He looked at my roof and found damage after the April 2022 hail storm. I filed the claim and he met the insurance adjuster at our house and went through all the damage with the adjuster. Once they got the material and started the roof it took a day. They cleaned everything up. I would (but hope not because I don't like storms) use them again. Derek was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Fantastic company, great people, outstanding service. I would happily choose them again for my next roofing project. Scott Fields worked with me and my insurance all the way through the roofing process, explained everything and monitored the job start to finish. I had soffits repaired before the new shingles were laid and the workers did an excellent job, replaced some rotted boards and made everything look like new. After talking with Scott and my insurance company I changed from box vents to ridge vents to increase air flow and reduce the profile. It looks great and Scott answered all my questions. They even returned to the job site and spent another hour plus removing nails after I found a few and let Scott know. Like I said, great company, diligent workers and super service. I am very pleased with the work done by Top Notch. I had roofing done and my chimney covered after damage from a hail storm. Oscar was very friendly and very knowledgeable from start to finish.
