I have to say that dealing with Tom's Florist was a absolutely a pleasure. I made the mistake of ordering online from Avas Flowers which was a nightmare. I decided to call Tom's Florist directly to correct the problems. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome. Tom went above and beyond to resolve the problem, the flowers were beautiful. Tom thank you so much for everything. In the future I will deal with you directly. I highly recommend Tom's Florist.

I took them a picture that I found online for my dad's casket spray and they did an amazing job, and when I say amazing it turned out better than the picture I took them. If you're looking for quality work, friendly, caring and loving people then stop and go nowhere else but to Tom's.

I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers, they were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I received a message that they weren’t going to be delivered at no fault to Tom’s Florist. After having a conversation with a representative from 1800 flowers, they made sure that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. I received a call that they weren’t going to be able to deliver the flowers on Monday because the florist didn’t receive the order in time. I explicitly said that they had to be delivered today. Thankfully, Tom’s florist was able to accommodate my request and this beautiful bouquet was delivered within 2hrs. I would recommend ordering directly from the Florist.
