Great experience at Tide Laundry. The customer service is excellent—especially Samantha. She was very attentive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The facility is very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place running smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Stopped by this place to wash a comforter and was impressed all the way through. The laundromat runs on it's own WiFi, Tide App, Machines dispense detergent, yes, no need to bring your detergent or dryer sheets! I was also immediately helping by Minerva who was solid and made everything seamless. Thank you Tide for making this place happen in Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX! I 💯recommend this place!

From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean, organized, and that I felt comfortable using the machines. Genesis is truly the definition of excellent customer service — patient, knowledgeable, and always with a great attitude. She took the time to help, answer questions, and made the whole laundry experience stress-free and pleasant. The laundromat itself is spotless, modern, and well-maintained, which says a lot about the care she puts into her work. If you’re looking for a reliable, clean, and friendly place to wash your clothes, this is the spot.
