I called on Wednesday and had a technician set up for Friday morning of the same week! GSE sent out their technician, Michael Simmons. I can’t say enough good stuff about this guy. He troubleshot the problem and had it fixed in no time. What stood out was his knowledge and understanding of how everything worked together and his troubleshooting skills to start at the panel then work his way to the end of the line where the problem was. He also made sure I understood what, when, and how the problem occurred. Top notch service all the way around, from Anna at the office listening and caring the we got the problem resolved to Michael working the problem and sharing his knowledge.
