I spent a week looking for the right gym and finally found it at Tangible. Not a big box chain (barf). They have all the essentials plus more. It is clean and well cared for and even a turf strip for wind sprints, shuffles or sled work...!!! :-) I know I can get in there and really train, rather than having to watch "people" pose and post on equipment others want to use.

RED LIGHT!! We were really hesitant to rely on traditional pain medications long-term for my Doberman, Nala, especially with arthritis, because we wanted something more holistic and supportive for her body. Finding Chris and red light therapy has been such a gift. Since starting sessions, Nala’s joints seem so much more comfortable, she’s moving with ease, staying active, and genuinely looks like she feels good again. We’re so grateful to have found an option that supports her health in a gentle, natural way.

Milo was diagnosed with a mass/tumor around his heart in June 2024, and in July 2025, veterinarians discovered another mass growing from his spleen. It was soul-crushing to learn there were limited treatment options and to be told I might only have months left with my baby.
