About Rosewolff Studio
Our beautiful New York-style warehouse loft is located in the fashion district of Downtown Los Angeles, close to the 10 freeway. 10,000 sq ft at your disposal for a variety of productions including commercials, photo shoots and private events. It offers one concrete side with gorgeous cemented beams and one wood side with hardwood floors and beams. Windows wrap around the entire building, letting in natural light throughout the entire day. RoseWolff Studio has three points of entry, one of which is a freight elevator. It has 2 bathrooms, a make up room and a private roof access with breathtaking views of the Los Angeles skyline.

We rented this space for our Feature Film and it was perfect. The open floor space, easy access, and the freight elevator were a plus. Tristan was a great host. Made everything super easy with our booking.

It's awesome for that Industrial Look with a modern twist. If you're doing a photoshoot here, the Los Angeles Skyline is Northwest as you look out the windows. If you look directly west, you will see a Shell gas station. Wah wah wah. Frame it out. They do have two bathrooms which are very nice and well-maintained. The freight elevator does work. It's roomy enough to load in grip and electric equipment. In the early morning hours there is free street parking down most of the block for maybe 10-15 cars. If your production has the budget, there is a parking lot with a gate immediately east of the building that could be rented out for maybe 10 cars. I'm not sure if it's the same owner though. So do your homework. The roof! Great views of the downtown Skyline oh, but you have to be careful what kind of gear you bring up there. The building is pretty old, so check with the location manager and or the site rep.
