I called Rob to address some Blue Screen and frozen screen issues on my 9-year old Dell desktop. He picked up the computer timely, apprised me quickly with a diagnosis and returned it fixed with a new solid state drive. He then installed a newer, faster DVD-RW and set up the system, which is far faster now than when I first bought it. Rob is personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Just had Rob replace a faulty hard drive. Explained it was an emergency and he shuffled his schedule to accommodate. Highly recommend using him and his company if you are having computer issues. Support a small business, especially for someone who understands how timely it is to fix/replace malfunctioning hardware.
