My 2024 new outback had a scary noise last night, I called Subaru dealer they said the earliest appointment gonna be next Monday and suggested me do not drive until they take a look since it might be a severe problem from the engine or transmission. However the sounds went away and the vehicle is still ok to drive, I was nervous to drive but if I don’t , it will be a big inconvenience on the thanksgiving holiday. So I drove here and described the issues to manager Allen and mechanic. They let my car in right away, the mechanic drove me onto the street to feel if there’s any problem during driving. He didn’t detect any problem in driving, everything feels normal and then he drove into their repair shop. Open the engine hood checked everything carefully with a flashlight. Then he lifted the vehicle up and took a very detailed examination of the chassis. After all he used a professional computer link to my vehicle to confirm if everything’s ok. After half hour’s check, he was assured that
