Alex at Range Appliance Repair is extremely honest and competent. He quickly determined that our 16-year-old fridge was fried, and streamlined the process to acquire and install a new model. In addition, he repaired the oven and broiler of our Wolf stove. Alex had to return to our address several times to complete work on our appliances, and he was always affable and upbeat. I recommend him without reservations.

This has been the MOST PLEASANT experience that I've had with appliance repair. I called Alex mid-morning regarding my Wolf oven that was not heating. He came 3 hrs later (on time), quickly diagnosed the problem (electronic control unit), called Wolf to see if part was in stock (and gave me price for part to get my approval), had the part back in less than 48 hrs and returned (again on time) to replace. While evaluating the oven, he noted some maintenance issues with my SubZero refrigerator, gave me a fair price to do these and completed the service when he completed the oven, In the meantime, I noted he did HVAC work and asked him to check a thermostat that had been installed 1 year ago and never worked properly despite 3 visits from the installer. His associate Deni came and finally was able to correct the problem -- the thermostat operated 2 units and the wiring was incorrectly installed. For my appliance & HVAC needs, I won't go elsewhere.
