We had our new house built by StudioMET. They basically provide 3 services: realtor services (to find and purchase a lot), architectural services, and construction services. After a short evaluation we decided to have them provide all three services. Working with the people at StudioMET turned out to be easy. The architectural design phase as well as the actual construction went off without any major issues. Their supervisor was on top of all things that mattered and was a delight to work with. We noticed that the subcontractors which StudioMET uses are not necessarily cheap, but in most cases the quality is very good. We live now in our new house for almost 2 years . It is not cheap to have StudioMET design and build your house, but in our opinion, the quality delivered justifies how StudioMET positions itself.
