This review is mostly for the service that I received at the Casper showroom in Pasadena. Casper's associate Scott is the best! He is extremely professional and helpful. He never resorted to any pushy sales tactics and gave me as much time as I needed to test out their mattresses. I was interested in the Deam Max but it was not within my budget so I left Scott my information and asked him to contact me if it went on sale. A week later, Scott emailed me about the cyber Monday sale which enabled me to buy the mattress. I am still testing it out but, so far, it is helping to alleviate my lower back pain while sleeping. Thank you, Scott, for making it happen!

I recently purchased a Casper mattress at the Pasadena store. Perry was so helpful. He got to know me and what issues I had with my previous mattress. He patiently answered all of my many questions and guided me to the perfect Casper for me. My mattress was delivered via Dolly two days later and I am sleeping happily now. My only issue is that the service to pick up my old mattress has been difficult. It is a third party service. I was not available on the first day they provided and they have been unresponsive to my requests for new dates.

I purchased a mattress at the Pasadena Casper in 2023 and I loved this mattress. Unfortunately, I lost my home in the Eaton Fire. I went back to Casper yesterday to buy a new one and Perry, the assistant general manager, let me know Casper would replace it for free! Perry was super helpful and I love these mattresses. Any time I need a mattress in the future I will come back.
