I met with Roxanne to just discuss potentially working together, and I knew immediately that she was the caterer for our wedding vow renewal ceremony and didn't want look any further. I shared my vision of what I was wanting the event to look like with her and she took the idea and made it into a reality. Roxanne's creativity, combined with her culinary skills, made for an incredible event. I greatly appreciated her attention to the quality of the food we chose, the diverse dietary restrictions of our guests, details of the food presentation, and the friendliness of her staff with our guests. I hired Roxanne/Stillwater Catering to cook onsite at my house for a 2nd wedding reception (1st reception was out of state). Roxanne was so easy to work with to create the perfect passed appetizers, dinner and dessert for our event. She arrived with one other lady about 5 hrs prior to event time, and once she started cooking, the house smelled amazing (prime rib)! From the appetizers to the main course, the food was absolutely delicious. It’s a scary thing hiring someone that you have not used before, as you don’t want to find out at your wedding reception, that the chef wasn’t that great. It’s been 2 weeks since Roxanne and her team catered my reception, and I still hear today how wonderful the food was and how nice and accommodating all the staff was (4 more ladies showed up later). Stillwater Catering is beyond sensational!! Roxanne and her whole crew (Alex, Charlene and Sonia) did an incredible job at my mountain wedding on Mt. Lemmon in Tucson, AZ. From the beginning, communication and planning with Roxanne was easy and fun. When it came to the big day, everything was even better than I could have imagined. So many of our friends that attended said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Everyone was talking about it the day after! The dishes were not only beautiful, they were absolutely delicious as well. The team also endured with us through extremely cold temperatures, blistering wind, rain and an episode of hail.
