The bar was set high for Cotuit Solar, as we were early adopters of solar when we lived in Arizona and loved our previous system. I'm happy to report that Cotuit Solar not only met but exceeded our hopes (which were higher than our expectations!). The exuberance and genuine passion of the Cotuit Solar team were evident from the start. Matt took the time to answer all our questions, even helping us customize a layout with a few extra panels to "future-proof" our system. Nikki was amazing - so responsive - and she went above and beyond to keep us fully informed throughout the deployment and commissioning process. Cotuit Solar installed a solar system on my first house in 2018 and my second home in 2025. Both installations went smoothly and the first one paid off earlier than I expected. The install crews are amazing. Some of them worked on both of my installations! The owner, Conrad, answered the phone the first time I called. We talked for over 30 minutes and have had several conversations since. He is very knowledgeable and happy to discuss every aspect of solar power, without any bit of a sales pitch to the conversation. The entire staff is friendly and helpful before, during and most importantly after installation is complete. I am especially grateful to Nikki, who has been answering questions and assisting me since 2018. I have referred my sister and a neighbor to Cotuit. They also have had wonderful experiences. Cotuit solar is top notch. I did 21 solar panels on my house last fall. They are a great company and you can tell the employees love their job. I dealt mostly with Nikki and she is fantastic. Always was available and will guide you through any questions throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
