Very kind and professional, you have to scale in and out truck and trailer one at time. Very fast loading. Loaded me only 30 min. No complaints.

I've been here a few times and it's always a quick in and out. Pull in, swing wide and get your tractor fully on the scale, then hop out and give the lady at the window your pickup number. Hop back in your truck, wait for the green light, then pull forward to put your trailer on the scale. Wait again for green light and go around back to the docks. Once loaded, put your trailer on scale, wait for green and back your tractor onto the scale. Hop out, get your BOL and be on your way in around 30 minutes from arrival to departure, it doesn't get much better than this. Sweet!!

Trucks park on the side near the building and walk to the office, need to scale truck in n out will load fast tho
