Jessica exceeded my expectations as an agent! She was extremely thorough and prompt throughout the entire experience. She took the time out to not only sell me the policy but also educate me about the process and all the moving parts. I knew she was special after talking to about 4 other agents from other companies who didn’t provide me nearly half the experience she did.
