I only shop there in the early am hours, I was on the night shift for 50+ years, cannot adapt to sleeping normal hours. The shelf stockers are all nice people and can tell you exactly where an item is. There's very few people at the checkout register when I am there. I heard it's really busy during the day.

I think this is the best grocery store I have ever been too. The deli is huge with a wide assortment of dishes (fried and roasted chicken, sandwiches, Chinese, etc), aisles are wide, the bathroom is upfront and well marked. I never had to wait for an express checkout. Joy Division is played instead of muzak.

I believe in giving credit where it's due, especially when it comes to customer service because let's be honest, it's rare to find people who truly go the extra mile. Today, Jahim Saint Bernard and Herma (The Florist) did exactly that. They were more than helpful. They were patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. In a world where so many just do the bare minimum, these two reminded me what great service looks like. Thank you both for your hard work and genuine care!
