They evaluated each piece of jewelry and coin that I brought in, and explained how each was appraised. They are a family owned business and were very pleasant to work with. Definitely ask for Hannah.

My sisters and I came to Precious Elements to sell silver flatware, serving pieces, and jewelry that belonged to our mom. Michelle helped us determine what was sterling and what was plated. Ashton took over to appraise the jewelry and give us a quote on everything. They were both helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Most importantly, they answered all our questions, explained their reasoning, and gave us honest opinions on what to do with the items they didn’t want to purchase. I would absolutely do business with them again.

We had a chance to work with Hannah, Ashton and Michelle. All three were such a pleasure to work with. Everyone is relaxed, excited to help, personable and knowledgeable. The best thing is there is no pressure. Not only do they buy back, they also have beautiful items to purchase and will also craft jewelry you want. During both visits, return customers arrived selling, buying and wanting an item made. To me returning customers says it all. Totally recommend!
