I called Shepherd Roofing and one day later met with Mr. Jesse Espinoza who was very cordial and knowledgeable. He brought his drone to get a close look at the flawed parts of my roof and spent the time necessary to show me the images and explain what could be done. He did not turn this work opportunity into a blown up expensive job. He was honest and gave me an affordable estimate. He went back to the office and prepared a well-organized and clearly stated repair proposal, which I found reasonable and acceptable. The work was promptly scheduled and carried out with excellence by Mr. Uriel Montiel.
