I had the most wonderful experience at this Shane in Chandler,AZ. I was shopping with my family for engagement rings. Cami, helped us out! I even was so emotional, in tears of joy during the process. What store makes you feel that way!? And believe me I had gone to a few jewelry places prior to coming to Shane. She was very professional, she had patience and was very kind and welcoming, worked with our budget too. Cami made the process smooth. The customer service received was above anything else!! Exceptional service and selection of quality diamonds 💎 Our visit was for 20 year anniversary diamond and found it within 30 min. We had shopped for hours at other places before arriving here. Wish we would have come here first. Very knowledgeable staff and would highly recommend for natural diamonds 💎
