The technician that serviced my Samsung refrigerator was sure of the problem immediately and went straight work and fixed the problem. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant young man.My appointment was rescheduled 2xs . So I ended up taking off work for 3 days. While I am not happy about that, I know SCHEDULING IS NOT THE TECHS JOB.

I don’t believe the parts were ordered until I called back to see what was happening in early Aug. I had stopped hearing from Sears. The parts arrived Aug 14.
