I cannot say enough great things about Schmitt Jewelers in Phoenix! My fiancé designed my custom engagement ring with Ginnie about a year ago, and we recently returned to design our wedding bands with her as well. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The whole team at Schmitt Jewelers is truly 12/10 — so friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They offered thoughtful suggestions, customized options, and made the entire design process feel easy and exciting. Best jewelr in Scottsdale! They have an amazing showroom and their pieces are beautiful! For repairs they take photos, are quick and call you with updates. I have had many pieces fixed either them including a pearl they had to match for a bracelet. If you are looking for a high end jeweler, Schmitt is your place! Family owned for generations and they care about the quality of their products and workmanship.

Christie was extremely helpful and patient with me while picking out my fiancée’s engagement ring. I had no clue what I was doing but they were willing to answer any question I had and made the entire experience very pleasurable. Once we decided on a design they built me the perfect custom ring that she loved and I was proud to propose with. 10/10 - would recommend for anyone.
