This place is a dream shop. It's literally the best. I took our 2011 Prius here and they *saved* it from the scrap heap. They took photos of needed repairs. It's one of those rare auto repair shops where if you trust them the whole experience is actually great. I'm a trusting person, so I usually am super disappointed in most shops, because I think they are trying to scam me. One Stop is just too busy to do that. They rely on a great reputation to bring in more business, and so that's what you get. Is One Stop the rock-bottom cheapest repair shop? No. If you need dirt cheap auto repair, look elsewhere. If you want a shop that you can trust, that will stand behind their work, that will actually fix your car issues, and that has fair pricing, then go to One Stop. Oh, and they are faster than any shop I've been too. Quality and speed, at moderate and very fair prices. This is the sweet spot. Best kept secret in Northeast L.A.
