Jody's Auto Service is the place to take your vehicles. They are very professional, cutious, and will explain what is wrong with your vehicle. They will give you an estimated quote, and if it is going to be different, you are notified before any work is done. I like knowing how much I am paying I don't like surprises. They also have 24 HR. Wrecker/Towing Service which I have had to use, and you don't have to wait 2 to 3 hours for them to show up. If my dad was here he would say " they are good old boys". Meaning you can trust them and their work. Be sure to join the rewards program, it will save you money.

Jody's Auto Service Center is top notch! If my husband and I could give this place more stars, we would.We found ourselves broke down on our anniversary trip, about 5 hours from home and 4 hours from our hotel destination. It was almost 7 PM, with a call to Honda in the area due to their service shop already being closed, no help from them. Our insurance called this place for towing our car, as we had no idea who to call or where to start. This company was prompt in responding, loaded our car up on their skid. Gabe had looked at what it was doing and already had a hunch it was a bad coil and fouled spark plug, so we felt comfortable having the car taken to their shop. We rented a car from the airport and headed to our destination, while they diagnosed the car's issue. We were contacted promptly on it being a bad coil and fouled spark plug, we authorized the repair, paid for it over the phone when the repair was completed, which made everything efficient for our trip, when we came back

I was stranded outside of Mansfield with a flat tire. While I didn't ultimately end up needing a tow, the tow man, Rick, helped me tremendously over the phone. He taught me a couple of tricks that enabled me to get my flat off and spare on. Then he followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I was safely on my way. I cannot thank him and Jody's Towing enough. Jody’s is GREAT! They have a comfortable sitting area should you decide to stay and wait. I just had my driver side door handle replaced with a new one. I have had to unlock from the passenger side so now I can actually unlock and get in on the driver side again. In addition, my window used to go down but would barely go up. Jody’s replaced the motor and it goes up and down smooth as butter! Thanks to Mike and crew.

The cost was lower than expected and they kept me informed of any issues that came up while they were working on it. Their customer service is excellent. Robert and Mike were so nice to talk to and answered any questions I had about my car. Just passing thru on I-40 driving my dodge one ton truck and pulling a 40’ camper when my water pump went out. Called Jody’s and they got me fixed up and out the door with a replacement in about 2 hours. Can’t thank you guys enough, appreciate it!
