I had vivid colors and a cut with Jen. She greeted me at the door before taking me to my chair. I love that she took her time to understand exactly what I wanted. While I knew exactly what I wanted, it's not alway easy to communicate that to a new stylist. She paid very close attention to details and made sure we were on the same page throughout the whole process. I also had the privilege of meeting Katelyn another associate. She was also very friendly and assisted a little during the process as she was learning. I loved that she was wiping down the front display area. Taking time to remove each product and wipe them down individually. The salon was very clean which I appreciated. It has been a few weeks since I had my hair done and I am happy to say, the color is still holding on! :-) Granted I know that colors hold on differently to different types of hair, so not all results are the same. I love my color and cut and I will definitely return for a touch up when my hair fade
