I've used this company several times. They are fast at arriving and are great at what they do. I was having an issue with drainage in my kitchen sink and my washing machine. Turns out it was my main sewage pipeline that needed to drained. Bi was very friendly and it took a couple of hours but he was able to successfully unclog it all. He was concerned that there might be an issue with the pipe but hopefully we can get it sorted out. For now my issue is resolved. I have recently been working on updating my bathroom at my home. I painted the shower/tub myself and was happy with the results. I wanted to also update the fixtures as they were old and there was a slight drip coming from the tub spout which was slowly getting worse. I had used Roto-Rooter a few years ago to replace my water heater and they did a great job so I decided to contact them again to help me with this project. The technician, Ignacio, arrived within the time frame as promised by the customer service representative. After assessing the situation, Ignacio explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. He was very patient, courteous, and professional. When the job was finished, Ignacio went over some helpful additional information which I greatly appreciated. Ignacio’s work was excellent and his knowledge of the older setup that we have in place was impressive. He did a great job cleaning up the work area afterwards and showed great respect for my home which I appr
