I’ve been here regularly for the past two years. The doctors and staff here are incredible. I appreciate how the doctors educate you on all things eye health as well as the best options for contacts and glasses. And they have free snacks! It’s a welcoming environment while also feeling so upscale. Some times there are things you can’t control and there was a frustrating experience with a rebate but the office was such an ease to work with and they rectified the situation quickly. Not many places have such exceptional customer service these days and I so appreciate all they do! I try to support local businesses and highly recommend Halsted Eye for your eye health needs!

You don’t need glasses or contacts to see how great Halsted Eye Boutique is. I had a new patient exam and it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. The communication beforehand was great as I tend to forget I booked appointments. The front desk person, Nat, was welcoming and helped me with all of my new patient forms. My tech, Dayam, was the sweetest! She made sure I was comfortable and explained all the tests performed. Dr. Tracy Becherer was professional, kind, and thorough. She answered all of my questions with such care and could tell she puts in the same type of effort towards all of her patients. Overall my experience was positive! I would recommend this place (or their other office in Ravenswood) to all! Shoutout to the amazing team for making my appointment a great time!
