What can I say...RWS has been absolutely excellent. I made initial contact with them through their website email. I received a very prompt professional, and very helpful response. At every turn and interaction they have absolutely exceeded my every expectation. I called to have one of their recycling cans delivered and it was there a few hours later. When I signed up to have them handle my refuse removal needs, I received a hand written Thank You note in the mail a few days later. This company is one that sets itself apart through its extremely high level of customer service and attention to detail. If you need trash removal service, call RWS! They are the best! Note: I was not asked to leave this review. I made the effort of my own accord because I believe that businesses that truly care for their customers should be shared with others.

I recently moved to Connecticut and started service with RWS. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with and explained everything clearly, and send an helpful email outlining the trash and recycling process.During the holidays I miss my recycling pickup, and they were kind enough to schedule a special pickup for me, which I really appreciated. Great service so far and would definitely recommend them!

Always on time and notify us when not coming due to snow (only if heavily snowing at collection time). Once, they accidentally knocked over our mailbox with the truck robot arm but repaired it very quickly and professionally. Easy to do business with.
