I worked with Anasuya and Kurt to sell my house and purchase my new home and had the best time! They were so helpful from repairs , inspections, recommending contractors from start to finish. The process was smooth and they answered every question or concern with their knowledgable expertise. Would recommend to anyone looking for a realtor!

Eugene and his team at The Local Group were awesome. They connected me with contractors and designers when needed to help complete my vision. We did a complete remodel and addition. We sold the property for 250k over asking. Eugene is very hands on and has great idea. He was always on time and enthusiastic about what I was working on. I couldn't be happier with him and his team.
