These folks are great to work with. I called for an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and professional. She was able to get someone scheduled to come out the same day between 2-4 pm. I received a text about an hour later letting me know they had availability between 11am and 1pm. At 11:15 am a tech named Rodrigo arrived at my house. He was also very friendly and professional. He was able to service the system and get the AC working smoothly in a short period of time. I highly recommend using RCI Air Conditioning for all of your AC service needs.

Extremely professional company. Kept me abreast of technician arrival. Their customer service was excellent. Spoke with Mirta and she was always very helpful and friendly. Technician was very good on the explanation of problems and addressed them timely and did a great job Services HVAC system repair

Had what I thought was a unit with low charge, called RCI and they were here in under 2 hrs. The technician found that the issue was in the float and got it fixed very quickly. I had him perform a routine maintenance while he was here and everything has been working great since! He didn’t try to push any other services and pricing was very reasonable. I also liked that their system sends text alerts for the estimated time for them to arrive. Would definitely use them again. Services HVAC system repair
