Chris has always been courteous as well as his technicians. They properly wore masks and maintained social distancing. They installed our dining room chandelier and confirmed the height with me prior to installing. After the installation and they had already left, I changed my mind about the height and wanted it to be lowered 2 inches. They offered to come in again and adjust the height without a fee. I received their service twice so far and happy to have found a trusty electrician. So happy with their service.

I had a few electrical projects that needed to be completed at my house. I arranged for three different estimates. I made an appointment with Ray Brown Electric, and the owner, Chris, came out. He was prompt and courteous. He got his estimate to me later that day.I felt confident I would be going with Ray Brown Electric just based on the reviews and the interaction during the estimate. I was even more pleasantly surprised to see that they gave me the best estimate as well.I had something come up and could not get the work done in a few weeks, which Chris was great about. When it came time to get the work done, two employees arrived on time and were just as courteous as the owner, Chris. The work was done professionally and in good time.I recommend Ray Brown Electric without hesitation. It's great to know I have an electrician I can trust and feel confident with in the future.
