We had to have our floors replaced... all of them. They did a great job this first time BUT unfortunately the run of flooring was a bad one but it wasn't evident until after finishing. So, we had to do it again. But the happy ending to this story was that Pro Service Builders worked with distributors, assigned the right guys to do the removal and reinstall and everything was made right. Stepped up.
