I just love their customer service and professional care. All their staff are easy to talk with and work hard for their customers. I have purchased 5 cars from Prime motors. Great cars and wonderfulpeople to do business with!!

I bought a Volvo a few years ago from Prime Motors and I was so impressed with their integrity. We had settled on a price that included all the various taxes. When the numbers were actually entered into their computer, they found that one of the tax numbers they had quoted was much lower than the actual tax. They owned up to their error and kept the total at what we had agreed. Then came the failed emissions test after purchase. They promised it would pass emissions and when it didn't they send the Volvo to a repair shop and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. The repair shop's repair didn't solve the issue so they sent the Volvo to a Volvo dealership and, all told, ended up spending over $1000 in repairs to get it to pass emissions. They were true to their word in everything.
