I hired Jeff for a major plumbing project at my home in Norridge. The project included: installing an ejector pump with two new area drains, supplying and installing all new copper hot/cold water lines (for kitchen, utility sink, water heater, laundry feeds), supplying and installing a new drain/overflow for the tub including a p-trap to new wye fitting at the main stack, fixing existing drains, excavating 25 feet of my rear yard to accommodate a new 4” PVC drain that terminates at a pop-up, descaling a cast iron sewer pipe; installing new Moen faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as a posi-temp kit for the tub; and more. I spent almost two months speaking with 8-10 plumbers and getting quotes. The estimate process was extensive because many of the plumbers were suggesting different solutions - and it got incredibly confusing, and sometimes frustrating. When it comes to my home - I want people to do the kind of work they would do for their own home. I don’t want to cut corners.

They were prompt, informative, and did a great job fixing our shower and toilet. They fixed a water pressure issue that had slowly gotten worse since we moved in and did it quickly and professionally.
