What a warm and understanding person Ellen is! I had a horrible day before my cut, and she was so kind to listen to my sad story! Ellen was incredible! I have very fine hair, and she was so gentle and thoughtful in how she combed it out as we were discussing what I wanted. I didn’t even tell her I was tender headed, and yet she managed to never pull or tug in a painful way at any point during the cut and style. She gave me the prettiest haircut I’ve ever had!
