Excellent shop. Good location, Great products, EXCELLENT PEOPLE. Highly recommend!!! Sebastian is AMAZING. The atmosphere is welcoming, the team is super informative and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to ANYONE whether you need a speciality part for a $15,000 bike, or if your beat up commuter bike needs a tune up, these guys treat EVERYONE well.

Absolutely love these guys. Walked in trying to get a pair of clip in shoes for the first time today and Matt was nothing but kind and helpful walking me through all the differences between the different cleats and shoe options. Spent an hour in store and walked out with a very happy first purchase. While installing the pedals was a fee (wouldn't expect any less), they offered to tune up a couple of other random bits of my bike at no extra charge and that was extremely kind of them. Love these guys would come back again in a heartbeat

Very amazed. Drop off both my boys bike to get repaired. Was done in a timely manner. Some parts was even upgraded. Fantastic customer service. High quality work. They also did a safety check to make sure all old parts and new parts are compatible and in working order. Customer service is outstanding. 5⭐️’s is an understatement. They deserve 10. I will buy my new bike from them next time. Both my boys 11 and 9 was so excited they almost past out when they saw their bikes looked amazing.

I have been to this bike shop/store several times before but I am FINALLY writing my review. I love where this shop is located; right off of a high traffic bike path in the beautiful area of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The store is extremely clean and organized. The staff are all completely friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help out. On this day particularly, I was looking for lubrication for my chain, so I called in. I was greeted and given an ample amount of information. When I rode in, I was given even more information which I ALWAYS appreciate as a customer because I now can make an INFORMED decision. The staff are always pleasant and willing to help out and you can chat it up with them about anything cycling related as a few of them actually race. It is always a great vibe when I go to that store and I appreciate them very much. Keep up the great work!!!
