I can’t say enough wonderful things about Theresa and her incredible grooming skills! My poodle, Maxine, can be very anxious during grooming, but Theresa worked absolute magic with her. From the moment we arrived, Theresa’s calm, gentle energy completely put Maxine at ease — it was like she instantly trusted her. Theresa truly has a special touch; she’s like a dog whisperer. Maxine not only looked beautiful after her appointment — soft, clean, and perfectly groomed — but she was also relaxed and happy when I picked her up. That means the world to me as a pet parent. Theresa is beyond professional, kind, and truly gifted at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares for your dog as if they were her own.

So grateful for Theresa for coming to my apt to groom my cat! Panda is a big double-coat boy and was poorly in need of a groom from the matting, tangles, and dirt. This was just first groom and he wasn’t happy at all and she really calmed him down. Theresa works with the nervous system and provides the owners with tips to help groom and keep them calm. She’s a full service groomer from sanitary shaves to baths to clipping nails and making them feel better. We had rescued a cat (Habibi) from the streets of Cairo through an Egyptian shelter. Habibi was put in a crate and traveled for two days to reach us; he was terrified and filthy and his fur was matted. We have heard of Theresa’s holistic and gentle approach and asked her to help clean Habibi up. Theresa was very responsive and she arrived with a calm energy that was immediately very soothing to Habibi. From there on she worked meticulously and gently to comb through Habibi’s tangled fur, working out knot after knot whilst rocking him to keep him relaxed. Theresa then bathed him with all natural products and gave him a gentle massage. Habibi has never been groomed in his life but settled into the gentle swoosh of activities with Theresa’s help. Theresa is amazing. She is very gifted and immediately connected with my cat who is always skeptical of strangers. She made the process fun and as easy as possible.
