I want to thank the stellar staff at the Williamsburg location, especially Lily and Tati. My pup, Belle, had a first time groom there last week, and I was truly blown away. I observed that Now You’re Clean has been designed from a dog’s perspective. The lobby is spacious, calming, and quiet, with plenty of treats and toys at sniff level on shelves. Appointments are scheduled so that dogs only encounter each other, in the lobby, one or two at a time, which, for my pup’s constitution, is both a joy — and a relief. The grooming area itself is super spacious and private, so that pups can be given individualized attention — and lick mat treats. I accidentally arrived super early for our appointment, but because it was so hot outside, Lily welcomed us to wait in the lobby. She went out of her way to connect with Belle, play with Belle, even give Belle treats, as she did with every pup in the lobby. i’m so grateful for “now you’re clean” in brooklyn. the grooming space is big, clean, well-ventilated, and never feels cramped or stressful for the dogs. no cages, no chaos, just a team of groomers (and front staff) who clearly love what they do and are happy working there. maybe not the most affordable grooming services but hoping it goes back to the hard work their team does! tatiana has been grooming mūsu for 4 years and is truly exceptional. she always listens, always delivers (and then some), and mūsu gets compliments for days afterward. we’ve referred so many people to tati because she’s simply the best groomer we’ve ever had. she’s a magician ;) turns loaf shaped dog into fit shaped dog. they have self bathing services too! the place always smells spa-like (a difficult feat for grooming salons) Services Dog grooming
