I had called a few days ago and they got me in within 5 days (AWESOME!) The place seemed clean upon entrance (as clean as a grooming facility can be). I was greeted kindly though felt a bit rushed. I signed a waiver, went over what I wanted for my pet and all was good to go. I have a goldendoodle who typically has taken about 4 hours to be groomed, and here he was done in 2.5 hours! He is clean, well trimmed and beautifully blown. Nails cut, sanitary areas trimmed nicely but not too short to avoid irritation. Thankfully, that's how my pooch likes it, too. He didn't seem anxious at all when I picked him up, which I think is important. When leaving, his groomer didn't seem so rushed and went over how his appointment went. I appreciated the feedback! She was very kind and seemed to truly care for how my pet was. There were two other groomers in there working when I picked him up as well, who were also incredibly kind! This was our first visit, and after MANY reviews being read, I am happy

We are so pleased with our first time at The Natural Pet today! It’s hard moving across the country and having to find all new everything’s but we loved the responsiveness and ease of communication and scheduling here to get Thor in as a new client. Prices were in the same ballpark as what we have been paying for a standard poodle and we loved that we could get a heads up that he was almost done and she did an AMAZING job ❤️ will be back!

We’ve brought our Golden Doodle, Billy here a few times now and we absolutely love it. Doodles have such a unique coat and specific type of haircut style and she nails it every time, it always grows out perfectly to. (i’m sorry i can’t remember her name) but she is so sweet and friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient with our dog who has a really hard time with grooming. It’s been hard finding a groomer for our dog because he is really difficult so much that we used to have to give him Trazodone and other medications for appointments but she’s able to groom him without needing the meds which is amazing for us. And when the appointment was running long (not her fault) she texted us with updates and pictures, very grateful we found a groomer we can trust with our fur baby💛 (photos: before during & after)
