I took a rescue Shepherd in to Wag and was very concerned she would not pass evaluation to participate.The staff was incredibly aware of how she could enter by asking that I step back, so she would not be so over protective. This allowed them to take her in. I was concerned she would not do well. But upon watching their cams, I could see she was moving and grooving away all her nervous energy while near other fur babies.I am very thankful for Wag and will return.

Took our 2 dogs here for 2 days of all day play and they loved it. The staff was so friendly and watched them closely since it was their first day! We got cute pictures of the dogs during the day and I was able to check on them via Wagcam which was so nice. Definitely recommend this spot for day care/boarding - they seem to have a great system set up! Also, in the lobby a woman was RAVING about the services, which is a great sign!

This was my cat’s second stay with Wag Hotel, but her first time at the Hollywood location, and it was a great experience. Check in and out were quick and efficient, which made everything stress free. The daily photo updates were so reassuring and really helped me feel at ease while she was away.
