I started day care and the odd overnight with D Pet Hotels 3 months ago. The staff are incredibly professional, efficient, kind and patient. The facility is clean , bright, updated and even has a large Hepa air cleaner to keep the air fresh. I was with WAG hotels for 3 years but after I started to get a uncomfortable feeling about a number of things not to mention their painfully slow dog pickup I decided to make the switch to D-Hotel. Omg how I love this place. We have been taking our puppy there since her vaccines kicked in, and she LOVES it. She literally runs once she sees the door, and pulls the leash so hard because she's so excited to go there. They clearly love her and love all their dogs. They know all their names and speak of them all with affection. It's heartwarming to see, like a family. The owner is the nicest person, and always so responsive and helpful. They send pics throughout the day and they will give you even more updates if you ask for them. Clean environment and so safe. It's so nice to know that I can drop our fur baby off at a place where she is having a blast and where she will be loved and taken care of. We won't take her anywhere else!

We had such a great experience with D Pet Hotels Hollywood!Nolan stayed for boarding and truly did an amazing job. The staff kept me updated and let me know he was eating all his meals, sleeping well at night, and playing happily with other big dogs his size. It meant so much knowing he was comfortable and well cared for while I was away.When I picked him up, he looked great (and smelled amazing after his bath and nail trim!). The funniest part? He loved it so much that he tried to head back toward the daycare area instead of leaving with me!It’s clear the team genuinely cares about the dogs and creates a positive, structured environment. We will absolutely be back for both daycare and future boarding.
