Recently I was involved in a head on collision with an uninsured driver. My son was in the car with me. We both suffered major injuries and had to be flown by helicopter to the hospital. I had to undergo 7 different surgeries and my son, who was in a coma for over a week, underwent 11 surgeries. We both eventually recovered but will never be the same as before the accident. Thankfully we had a large underinsured policy on my car. Several friends including one that was an accident attorney told us that we wouldn't need to retain an attorney that this was a very obvious cut and dried case and the insurance company would pay us the policy maximum. Unfortunately the insurance company didn't see it that way and we finally contacted Doug Johnson to represent us. We were both completely satisfied with the result as Doug and his staff were able to secure a settlement that exceeded our best hopes. Thank you Doug and thank you Jaycee for all your help!
