Service scheduling from delivery, to loaner to pickup went great. Customer service reps were “all” great. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the time it took to do the simple 15k scheduled service. I understand that they are very busy but 6 hours after appointment time? They did let us keep the loaner and pick up our car the next day so we didn’t have to drive back to Little Rock.

undoubtedly the most relaxed and hassle-free car-buying experience of my life. The staff are courteous and professional, the dealership setting is excellent, and we never felt pressured at any time in the purchase process. We give Damon and team a solid five stars. About the only thing that could be improved would be to add additional customer parking, although this would probably be difficult considering the property limitations. Still, we are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Parker Lexus to one and all.
