We had an amazing experience at our orthodontic visit! Mandy, the assistant, was absolutely wonderful so kind, patient, and great with kids. Dr. Nelson was awesome and made the entire visit fun and comfortable while thoroughly checking my 7 year old and explaining everything clearly, to him and ourselves.My child felt at ease the whole time, and as a parent, I couldn’t be happier. We were also very impressed with the very high end technology and equipment, which made the visit feel modern, efficient, and reassuring.We truly felt cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend this office!

I came today for my daughter's consultation and we had a great experience. The office is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the doctor spend time explaining the process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. My daughter felt also very relaxed. We will start her treatment very soon.

This office was listed on my school district’s employee resources page, so I gave the a call on a Monday. By Thursday, we were in office for a consultation. The office is very new and it was very clean. It seems brand new. ☺️ The women at the front desk were warm and inviting. They addressed my daughter by name without even having to double check their screens. Dr. Nelson is very friendly and has a neighbor-like demeanor which made us comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and went over all the scans and X-rays with us taking the time to explain all the terminology. He was our second opinion choice since I wasn’t happy about the treatment plan that was suggested at another office. I’m so happy with this choice and I’m looking forward to seeing his work on my daughter.
