I’m going to start out by saying that I am not a typical orthodontic patient. I didn’t have many obvious problems, and as they say, “my smile, I don’t mind it, for I am behind it!”All this changed for me when all meetings became Zoom meetings, and I was confronted daily with little flaws that grew and grew until they were all I could see.Now I’m not a vain person by nature, but as the pandemic was winding down, I was in serious need of some powerful self care.
