Dr. Marchi and her staff are AMAZING. My goal as an adult getting braces was to find an orthodontist that would give me one on one attention, explain my rather complex treatment and have flexibility when it came to appointments. Unlike other orthodontists in the area that treat their patients through a rotating door without even seeing the orthodontist, Dr. Marchi was always present at every appointment. She didnt rush through my appointments, took her time to answer my questions and always explained my treatment very thoroughly. In addition, Elizabeth is a genius when it comes to scheduling your appointments and insurance questions. I wasn't always the easiest of patients but the attention, care, trust and respect that the entire staff exhibits whenever I see them is invaluable. Braces arent easy for anyone at any age but Dr. Marchi and team made it possible to laugh and get through the process with a smile.

When deciding to get braces as an adult, I wanted to be very keen on finding an orthodontist who meets my standards/expectations. Luckily I found Dr. Marchi . Dr. Marchi is a trustworthy and excellent orthodontist that has exceeded my expectations.. I’ve been getting treated by her since October and I love my results. The brackets that Dr. Marchi are self-ligating - so no bands. This helps to get dramatic movement in the teeth with out the pain . I also have clear brackets on top which are barely noticeable in person or pictures . Dr. Marchi is honest and sincerely wants the best for her patients. Not to mention Elizabeth is phenomenal with scheduling and answering any questions I may have about insurance.

Dr. Marchi has been my two kids’ orthodontist since forever, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. My daughter was fitted for her braces here in addition to her behind the teeth straightener. My son is up next. She is patient, informative, easy to talk to, and provides a level of care service that is unmatched. But another very important detail is that the folks who work at her front office are also outstanding. They are sincerely courteous, respectful and calls are always returned. This speaks volumes about how Dr Marchi runs her practice and the high level of service she expects her staff to deliver to her patients and their families. Without a doubt it is exemplary care top down.
