This was my first time coming here this place is so welcoming and the staff are all beautiful people so polite and respectful. Dr. Cooney is the best eye doctor I ever seen, he explains every detail. I am forever grateful and I will remain his patient.

Everything about this practice is pleasant, comfortable, clean, and efficient. There is very little waiting between processes (eye drops, pictures, more pictures, ultrasound!). A visit takes about one hour. All office and tech staff are very nice, observe great sanitizing protocols, are experienced and capable. They can answer some questions, but most answers are left to the doctor. The equipment is extremely impressive (I believe these docs - two locations - hold the patents on the equipment.) I went to the Tribeca location 3x; the 57th Street location 1x. Dr. Cooney (in Tribeca) wanted Dr. Sorensons' (at 57th Street) opinion/diagnosis. I appreciated the second opinion, though I felt completely confident in the initial diagnosis and treatment. Both doctors are easy to understand, comfortable to talk to, and responsive to questions and concerns. I have an issue that is both potentially very serious, but treatment has been very much "wait and see" (no pun intended). So after three visit
