I had a great experience with Vita Appliance Service. My dishwasher suddenly stopped working and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and luckily had the required part with him. Because of that, the repair was completed during the same visit and I didn’t have to wait for several days like with other companies. The technician was professional, polite, and explained everything clearly. The price was fair and the service was excellent. When our old Microwave stopped working. I called Vita for repair. Their technician came and patiently disassembled the complicated structure since it was connected to the range below. He thoroughly examined the old Microwave, instead of pushing me into costly repairs, he told me honestly that it would be more cost-effective to purchase a new Microwave. Although it was just a $99 diagnostic visit, the Vita technician provided top notch professional service. I will definitely call them again for any appliance repairs/installations in the future.
